Anybody here heard of DTSFI, the latest from Bajaj, successor to DTSI.
well, what I know is that the full form of DTSFI is Digital Twin Sparkplug Fuel Injection , and nothing more.

Please somebody tell us more about this technology....

DTSI tech is just for giving extra energy to com chember i this we supply spark to the combustion chember at two places so that it reduces the probability of ditonation in spark ignition engine :)

I think its just a fuel injection using 2 nozzles, similar to that of twin spark. i think the advantage would also be similar to that of DTSI.. with a perk that its fuel injection rather being spark ignition.

I dont think it is 2 injectors...it is just one and two spark plugs....there is no point in using two injectors.....and what we want to know is, how it is fitted on a bike and what EXACTLY are its advantages, the engine chrecteristics, mileage, acceleration, emissions etc.....any idea

DTS-i stands for Digital Twin Spark ignition, which uses two spark plugs to achieve optimum combustion of fuel. This system provides better efficiency and power, while eliminating the need of a catalytic converter to reduce emissions.

The New Bajaj Pulsar Dts-Fi(Digital Twin Spark-Fuel Injection) comes with the technology for the first time in India with a 225cc engine.

It is the first Indian bike with digital fuel Injection, and will have an Electronic ECU.It is expected to generate approximately 21 BHP of power.Top Speed However is not known from any sources. Its expected to be around 130kmph.
